Info You Need For Our NOTRA Race Meets

From US 380 in McKinney go east. Take a left on FM 1827, New
Hope Rd. It's about 6 miles to Doggie Kamp but the road makes several turns.
After passing the turnoff to FM75 (note this is not US 75 Central Expressway but
just a small Farm to Market Road) and you go down the hill, they built a new road CR 466 and
everyone must veer to the left to remain on FM 1827. If they go straight you
will be on CR 466. It is confusing because the County signed 466 but the
State hasn't signed FM 1827 at that intersection. So VEER LEFT. Doggie Kamp is
not too far on the left after that intersection but the sign is small so look
carefully.
Pre-entries taken till noon on Thursday prior to race date. Entries will
be accepted by e-mail. Send your name, dog's names and NOTRA numbers to Teri

All we need for a pre-entry is your name, the dogs' names and their NOTRA numbers. You may turn in your entry forms and money during the gate entry period.

Please pre-enter so we can have your plates made up ahead of time, and look up your previous records. This will greatly speed up the process on race day.
Un-entered dogs will be practiced as time permits between programs both Saturday and Sunday and following the race meet on Saturday.
Entry Fees:
Pre-entries (see above):
$12/dog for up to three dogs per household. Then $3/dog for each dog thereafter.
Gate entries:
$20 for the first dog and $15/dog thereafter
Water is available on site. Please bring your own shade. Please be sure you and your dogs are protected against ticks since we are having this meet later than usual in the season.
Lunch will be available for $5/person.
